Typography 3 YSDN 2007 with Instructor Richard Hunt
Project 1: Type as Information and Expression
We were to research an invention and communicate its importance and impact using two typographic design approaches. The first setting should use type as an expressive medium, thus allowing the form and structure to interpret the meaning of the text (ie. mimicking the actual typewriter structure, sound, movement, etc). The second approach on the other hand is focused on proper typesetting and using type as a way to present information in a clear, accessible, and organized way.
